All Nuiland orders are shipped via PTT (Turkish Post) with tracking.

Each item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Made to Order – Order & Return Policy

All Made to Order products are created specifically upon request.

Order & Production Process

• Once production begins, you will be notified via email.

• You will receive a separate email notification when your order is shipped.

• All items are handcrafted using YarnArt yarns.If you wish to request specific yarn colors or codes, please contact us via email before production begins.

Custom Orders

• Customization or special requests must be discussed and confirmed via email before placing an order.

• If no prior contact is made, the product will be produced exactly as shown, without customization.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the made-to-order nature of these products, returns are only accepted if requested within 2 days of delivery.

• Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The return request is made after 2 days from delivery

  • The product or packaging is damaged

  • The item is altered, used, or missing any parts

Once a returned item is received and inspected, you will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.
