Order & Production Process
Once production begins, you will be notified via email.
You will receive a separate email notification when your order is shipped.
All items are handcrafted using YarnArt yarns.If you wish to request specific yarn colors or codes, please contact us via email before production begins.
Custom Orders
Customization or special requests must be discussed and confirmed via email before placing an order.
If no prior contact is made, the product will be produced exactly as shown, without customization.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of these products, returns are only accepted if requested within 2 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted if:
The return request is made after 2 days from delivery
The product or packaging is damaged
The item is altered, used, or missing any parts
